Developed by psychologist William Moulton Marston, the DISC assessment examines how a person ranks in the four areas of behaviour – Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. Designed for both individuals who want to identify and maximise their strengths and motivators, and organisations looking to integrate high-performance teams, this highly researched and well recognised personality profiling system can have many uses.

It helps teams to communicate more effectively with each other, and to their clients; It assists hiring managers to select and identify the best person for the job when interviewing and it helps speakers build their confidence by understanding themselves better which enables them to communicate more effectively with their audience.

DiSC Personality Profiles are essentially surveys taken by yourself, and teams. SpeechMarks will facilitate these surveys, and then deliver the results in an engaging and informed workshop. During these workshops, the emphasis is placed on how to leverage their findings of themselves through communication styles and ways to speak and present.

This is not only an insightful workshop into your own personality, communication style and preferences, but also that of team members. Participants will have a renewed desire to communicate to a higher standard with each other, in a respectful way.
